1. Eligibility 

The “Shot On. Game On.” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by 5-HOUR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Organiser”). 

This Promotion is open to Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, and foreigners residing in Singapore who are aged 18 years and above with a valid Singapore mailing address. 

Employees of the Organiser, its advertising agencies, auditors, and parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice. 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion will run from 6 May 2026 (12:00am SGT) to 17 July 2026 (11:59pm SGT) (the “Promotion Period”). 

All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted. 

3. How to Participate 

During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase the 5-hour ENERGY® Game Night Pack may participate in the Promotion by submitting an entry via the promotion website located at https://www.5hourenergy.com.sg/promotion/shot-on-game-on (the “Promotion Microsite”). 

To enter, customers have to: 
1. Purchase a 5-hour ENERGY® Game Night Pack from participating retailers or the official Online Store. 
2. Visit the Promotion Microsite. 
3. Upload a clear image of the purchase receipt on the Promotion Microsite, ensuring that the purchase receipt shows proof of purchase. 
4. Complete the Promotion entry form by providing the required personal details. 
5. Select two (2) teams that they believe will win the World Cup. 

Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one (1) Promotion entry. 

Participants may submit multiple entries using different valid receipts. 

4. Receipt Requirements 

Participants must upload a clear image of the original receipt or invoice showing the store name, date and time of purchase, product purchased, and receipt number. 

Receipts must be issued during the Promotion Period. 

Participants must retain the original receipt for verification during prize redemption. 

Receipts that are forged, altered, duplicated, damaged, or incomplete will be considered invalid. 

5. Entry Information 

Participants will be required to provide the following details: 
• Full Name 
• Valid Mobile Number (WhatsApp-enabled) 
• Valid Email Address 

Participants must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. 

6. Prize Structure 

The Promotion consists of two prize stages. 

EARLY BIRD DRAW 
6 May 2026 – 3 June 2026 

All valid entries submitted during this period will qualify for the Early Bird Draw. 

Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and each winner will receive one (1) $100 Weston Corp gift card. 

All entries submitted during this period will automatically roll over and remain eligible for the Grand Prize Draw. 

GRAND PRIZE DRAW 
4 June 2026 – 17 July 2026 

All participants are required to select two (2) teams when submitting their Promotion entry. 

After the FIFA World Cup 2026 Champion (the “World Cup Champion”) is determined, participants who have selected the World Cup Champion in their Promotion entries will qualify for the Grand Prize Draw. 

Ten (10) winners will then be selected at random from all qualifying entries. 

Each winner will receive $500 worth of Grab Vouchers. 

7. Selection of Winners 

Early Bird Draw winners will be selected and announced by 8 June 2026. 

Grand Prize Draw winners will be selected and announced by 23 July 2026. 

Winners will be notified via WhatsApp using the mobile number provided during entry submission. 

Winners must respond within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner being selected. 

The Organiser shall not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery of WhatsApp notifications due to incorrect or invalid contact details provided by the participant. 

8. Prize Conditions 

All prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. 

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice. 

9. Prize Fulfilment 

Prizes will be issued within thirty (30) to sixty (60) working days after verification of winner eligibility. 

The Organiser shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party providers. 

10. Verification 

Winners may be required to present the original receipt, identification document (NRIC or passport), and proof of ownership of the registered email address used for the Promotion. 

Failure to provide verification documents may result in disqualification. 

11. Personal Data 

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser for purposes including administering the promotion, contacting winners, and marketing communications. 

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy. 

12. Publicity 

By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activity organised by the Organiser without additional compensation. 

The Organiser reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes. 

13. Fraud and Scam Warning 

Participants are advised that the Organiser will only contact winners via the official WhatsApp communication channel. 

The Organiser will never request payment, bank details, or personal financial information in order to verify a claim for a prize. 

Participants should report any suspicious messages from individuals or organisations claiming to be affiliated with the Promotion. 

14. Liability 

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of any prize. 

Participants agree that no claims shall be made against the Organiser, its affiliates, employees, or agents arising from the Promotion. 

15. General 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, withdraw or cancel the promotion, or disqualify any participant without prior notice. 

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
